- ECB – ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The Environmental Control Board (ECB) is a type of administrative court called a tribunal. It is a division of the NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH). It’s a neutral place where hearings on tickets given by different City agencies (for example the Department of Buildings or Department of Sanitation) are held.
